  • BCLS Training using mannequin
  • New-born care, physical examinations, PPE, scrubbing techniques, and hand hygiene
  • Pelvic exam using mannequin
  • Breast cancer screening using mannequin
  • Cervical cancer screening using VIA
  • Oral cancer screening

Case Studies:

  • Individual case presentations of selected clients including prioritizing care plans (to enhance clinical judgment skills)
  • Monthly role-play sessions involving nursing supervisors of the hospital

Steps followed to start a course at a hospital’s premises:

  • Identification of the hospital’s nursing care needs
  • Assessing the nurses’ role in that hospital
  • Assessment of nurses’ knowledge levels in specific identified areas.
  • Developing a module either specialized, general or customized
  • Delivering the program as per set standards
  • Monitoring the change and modification in practice by placing the nurses in specific wards
  • Evaluation of the program
